Vincent Dubourg

Vincent Dubourg (b. 1977) is a French artist and designer celebrated for creating sculptural furniture that blurs the boundaries between art, architecture, and functional design. Known for a surreal aesthetic and «composed chaos,» Dubourg masterfully deconstructs familiar objects, reimagining them through the lens of nature and the elements. He fuses traditional craftsmanship, such as expert metalwork and cabinetmaking, utilizing materials like bronze, wood, steel, and glass to produce pieces that appear distorted or in metamorphosis. His globally exhibited work is inspired by both urban environments and the rural isolation of his French studio.
