Forgotten Dream is a striking, low-slung sculptural work created by Wendell Castle in 2016 from ash wood. The piece bridges the gap between functional furniture and fine art, featuring a highly fluid, organic form that gently twists and swells across its length. Its smooth, undulating contours look almost liquid, showcasing Castle’s signature ability to coax rigid wood into whimsical, dreamlike shapes that challenge traditional boundaries.
