In her One of us Scultpural Lamps, Carmen D’Apollonio transforms vessels into subtle anthropomorphic forms. The handles jut outward like hands on hips, suggesting posture and personality without literal figurehood. Trained outside formal ceramics, she begins by sketching, then shapes clay in her studio and evolves each piece into a quietly humorous yet potent gesture.
